WEED WAR support

WEED WAR is made by BEES Hit. Write to privacy@weed-war.com and a person will read it — there is no ticket robot. Please write from the email address registered to your account, so we can tell it is yours.

We answer within three working days. English, Polish and Czech are all fine.

You cannot sign in

Use the account portal to request a password reset. The link is emailed to the address on the account and is valid for a limited time. If the email does not arrive, check the spam folder first, then write to us.

The verification email never arrived

You can play while unverified; verification only unlocks the mailed reset path. Ask for a new one from your profile inside the game, and if it still does not arrive, tell us which address you registered.

You want your account deleted

Deletion is permanent and you can do it yourself — the account deletion page explains both the in-app route and the one that works without the app installed.

Something in the game is broken

Tell us what you did, what you expected and what happened instead. Your display name and the rough time it happened help us find the match in the logs. A screenshot is worth a paragraph.
